With over 15 years of general professional experience and 12 years of project management experience, I am a seasoned consultant and leader in the field of international development. I have successfully delivered and supported various projects and programmes funded by the EU and other donors, focusing on strategic communication, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, and results-oriented management.

As the Managing Director of AB-ilan.com, the largest EU information distribution network in Turkey, I oversee the dissemination of career, project, funding, scholarship, and training opportunities to over one million unique visitors per year. I also founded and manage Gelbasla.com, a leading career services portal for international organizations, NGOs, and top consultancy companies working in development aid, humanitarian aid, relief, technical assistance, and grant projects. Additionally, I work as a Senior Expert at Particip GmbH, where I provide technical support and training to the implementation and management of ENI CBC programmes in Turkey and neighboring countries. Through these roles, I have developed and demonstrated strong skills in strategic communications, international relations, analytical skills, and stakeholder engagement.

The project aims to provide technical assistance to OS in their grant scheme procurement including capacity building and organisation. (Labour Market Support Programme for Young People Not in Employment Education or Training (NEETs) (NEET PRO) Within the scope of the abovementioned programme, delivered trainings to the potential beneficiaries of the NEET-PRO in filling out Full Application Forms. Provision of on-site trainings for the successful candidates on entrepreneurship. Training Camp was be organized so the finalists of the entrepreneurship competition.

Worked as Social Research Expert in the EU funded project: "Support to the Solution of Economic and Social Integration Problems in Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara, and Bursa as Major In-Migrant Destinations".

Writing of the all periodical progress reports of the project including monthly, quarterly and interim reports. Contributed to the newsletter local event catalogues, flyers, leaflets, e-newsletters for the publicity of the campaigns and dissemination of project results

Organized several information meetings with the beneficiaries as well as the stakeholders including but not limited to the United Nations, State Planning Organization, İŞKUR and the technical assistance team.

Organized the “Migration and Urban Poverty Symposium” in Ankara on the 15th of October 2009. All beneficiary municipalities, Delegation of the European Union to Turkey, International Organization for Migration, United Nations Development Programme, State Planning Organization and numerous universities participated in the symposium. Approximately 300 attendees were present at the symposium.

Organized the “Social Work with Children and Youth At Risk Symposium”. In Bursa on the 15th of November 2009. Prominent experts and scholars such as Prof. Bahar Gökler, Prof. Sevil Atauz, Lawyer Türkay Asma. Also TV programmer Tayfun Talipoğlu attended the symposium as a moderator. Approximately 250 attendees were present in the event.

Monitored the overall reporting in the project written by the short and long term experts of the project.

Completed a research on the legal framework in Turkey regarding Children’s Rights.

Monitored and coordinated the “Project Teamsite”, internal communication tool of the Project.

Supported the organization of “Migration and Urban Poverty Symposium” and “Social Work with Children and Youth At Risk Symposium”

Monitored the media for project specific news and included them in the periodical reports of the project.
